Marvellous and good location, overall I loved the hotel.

The room was well soundproofed and contemporary and reasonably priced with a kitchen, comfortable beds plus great view.

All in all value for money. Fairly clean venue with astonishing and sensational breakfasts and city views. Fairly friendly and affable personnel on reception desk who were very accommodating and pleasant. Downstairs bar in the hotel.

The place is brilliant, the staff are really kind and nice.

The rooms are spotless and cheap and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. It offers exceptional service. Just keep in mind, there's parking onsite.

Traveled with my 2 couples, overall the hotel was pleasant and absolutely brilliant. Incredibly nice and accommodating staff at the reception desk, loved this place. The awesome breakfast with decent coffee and the standard scrambled eggs offered to be filled, as example was served in the bar. The location was favourable, very close to good eateries and tram and bus and many sightseeing spots. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Lanzhou Beef Noodle Bar.

The room is large, value for money. Super friendly personnel is at the reception desk. The venue is placed in a very central position easy to get to-and-from with public transport.

The location in a great area was great and there were a supermarket and convenience stores nearby. We stayed in an executive apartment which was spotless and airy.

The room with a view was value for money. Its location not too far away from Collins Street was marvellous and easy.

The stuff where incredibly welcoming and accommodating all the time. I had a studio suite and it was functional on level 18.

Absolutely superb views, appreciated perfect setting.

The room was reasonably priced and well-appointed and featured so many space, a storage, and netflix. The staff was amazingly helpful and very responsive, everything was very good. The restaurant was large for breakfast, it had freshly cooked dishes. Very efficient service, value for money, just what was needed. Moreover, it was easy to park under ground.

By and large, it was handy base for sightseeing in Melbourne, had much fun. The staffs were incredibly nice & consistently courteous. The room was neat and included a storage space, a lounge area and netflix. The breakfast was complimentary and exceptional, with assortment of delicacies and value for money. The location was very central, so close to the Emporium for shopping.

It's spacious hotel with a lovely design and a well-maintained swimming pool. Hot drinks at downstairs bar, helpful service. Marvellous and lovely location, 10 minutes' walk to Chinatown.
